September 14, 2026, Kairos Pharma, Ltd., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), issued a new investor presentation, which

will be published on the Company’s website, www.kairospharma.com, and presented at the H.C. Wainwright 28th Annual

Global Investment Conference (the “Conference”), set to take place in New York, NY from September 14-16, 2026. As part of

its participation in the Conference, the Company’s Chief Executive Officer, John Yu, will present the investor presentation to

provide an update on the Company’s clinical program and activities.
