On August 13, 2026, Cellebrite reported second-quarter results, including total Annual Recurring Revenue ("ARR") of $507.8 million, missing the lower end of the Company's previous projection for ARR in the range of $510 million to $513 million. The Company also cut its full-year annual recurring revenue guidance by roughly $15 million at the midpoint and cited "a foreign entity permit requirement, which is applied to cloud technology" that delayed certain deals. Cellebrite simultaneously announced an abrupt CEO change, replacing CEO Tom Hogan with Shiv Ramji, effective immediately.
Following this news, the price of Cellebrite stock fell $4.45 per share, or 29%, to close at $10.80 per share August 13, 2026.
