Lotto.com Joins the World Series of Golf Satellite Series as Official Lottery Courier Partner

Lotto.com Joins the World Series of Golf Satellite Series as Official Lottery Courier Partner ORLANDO, Fla., Aug. 28, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- World Series of Golf (WSG) today announced Lotto.com as the Official Lottery Courier Partner of the WSG Satellite Series. Lotto.com will present the WSG Satellite Series $10,000 check. The proceeds cover the entry fee for the winner’s participation in the WSG Championship National Final in Scottsdale, AZ on October 2.

One player will walk off that stage with a seat in the World Series of Golf Championship and a shot at up to $250,000.

The announcement follows the July 28 launch of the first-ever World Series of Golf qualifying tournament at Topgolf, a poker-style golf competition running simultaneously across 30 venues in 11 states on September 1 and 2.

Lotto.com sponsors seven of those venues: Scottsdale, Gilbert, Glendale and Tucson in Arizona, and Centennial, Thornton and Colorado Springs in Colorado. Its branding runs on the live leaderboards at each of those venues, on player check-in signage, on the winner’s prize presentation backdrop, and inside the WSG scoring app. Lotto.com staff will be on the ground for the National Championship in October, and the brand carries national partner status at the Scottsdale final.

New Lotto.com customers can use the code "WSGOLF" during checkout for a free Powerball ticket through the end of 2026. (Applicable in all Lotto.com states, excluding New York and Maine - Service fees applied).

“The reason this format translates so well is that it’s the same feeling everybody already understands,” said Robert Davidman, CEO of World Series of Golf. “In both poker and golf you always need a little bit of excitement at the end. Lotto.com has built a business around that exciting “big winner” moment, and they understand that the moment is worth celebrating. They will present the biggest check we hand out all season. When a player who walked into a bay in September ends up on a stage in Scottsdale in October holding a $10,000 check that sends them to the World Series of Golf Championship, that’s a “big winner” moment, and the story of this whole series in one photograph.”

“This is a tournament where an amateur can walk in and play their way onto a national stage in 30 days,” said Thomas Metzger, CEO Lotto.com. “That’s the kind of access we believe in. We’re proud to work with World Series of Golf to present the check that sends this year’s National Final champion to the World Series of Golf Championship.”

How the Satellite Series works

Qualifying runs over two nights, September 1 and 2. On night one, a full field of up to 128 players competes inside assigned bays of four, playing nine holes on Topgolf’s virtual golf mode. Players ante, bet, raise, call and fold after every tee shot, with a 55-second clock on every decision and an ante that doubles every three holes. Low score on the hole takes the pot.

Each bay produces one winner. The 32 bay winners regroup, and the final eight advance to night two until one venue champion is crowned. All 30 venue champions are invited to the National Final at Topgolf Scottsdale on October 2.

Players compete using in-app chips and bankrolls. No cash is wagered at any Topgolf venue.
