The secret is a proprietary new manufacturing method that combines a digitally engineered base with a hand-crafted acrylic finish. Each restoration begins with a digital impression captured chairside with the Dandy Vision intraoral scanner. Dandy technicians work with the dentist to finalize and approve the design in Dandy's online visual workspace. Dandy then manufactures the base at one of its advanced production facilities, using robotics and AI to ensure accuracy and consistency. Finally, Dandy adds hand-poured acrylic to create a single, seamless restoration engineered for strength, fit, and retention while capturing the depth, warmth, and translucency of natural tissue with a degree of fidelity automation alone can't achieve.

Dandy's all-digital workflow and automation produce customized, fitted dentures with just two appointments and a five-day turnaround (six days for partials), meaning less chairtime for patients and more appointment slots for clinicians.
