In accordance with the requirements of Article 14 of the Belgian Law of May 2, 2007 on the disclosure of significant shareholdings in listed companies, Ontex Group NV (“Ontex”) discloses the notifications of significant shareholding by the Goldman Sachs Group, Inc.

On August 21, 2026, Ontex received a transparency declaration confirming that, on August 18, 2026, the Goldman Sachs Group, Inc., detained 481,494 Ontex voting rights and 2,147,719 equivalent financial instruments or 2,629,213 combined, representing respectively 0.58%, 2.61% and 3.19% of Ontex’s issued shares. The combined holding thereby crossed upward the threshold of 3%.

On August 25, 2026, Ontex received a transparency declaration confirming that, on August 19, 2026, the Goldman Sachs Group, Inc., detained 71,773 Ontex voting rights and 2,616,162 equivalent financial instruments or 2,687,935 combined, representing respectively 0.09%, 3.18% and 3.62% of Ontex’s issued shares. The number of equivalent financial instruments thereby crossed upward the threshold of 3%.

On August 25, 2026, Ontex received a transparency declaration confirming that, on August 20, 2026, the Goldman Sachs Group, Inc., detained 258,733 Ontex voting rights and 2,368,697 equivalent financial instruments or 2,627,430 combined, representing respectively 0.31%, 2.88% and 3.19% of Ontex’s issued shares. The number of equivalent financial instruments thereby crossed downward the threshold of 3%.

On August 25, 2026, Ontex received a transparency declaration confirming that, on August 21, 2026, the Goldman Sachs Group, Inc., detained 294 Ontex voting rights and 2,071,175 equivalent financial instruments or 2,071,469 combined, representing respectively 0.00%, 2.52% and 2.52% of Ontex’s issued shares. The combined holding thereby crossed downward the threshold of 3%.
