June 18, 2026, Bitmine Immersion Technologies, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing a cash

dividend to holders of the 9.50% Series A Perpetual Preferred Stock of $0.1056 per share (the “Press Release”).

The record date for the dividend is June 30, 2026, and the payment date is July 10, 2026. A copy of the Press Release is attached as

Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.

Immersion Technologies Announces Cash Dividend of $0.1056 per Share of 9.50% Series A Perpetual Preferred Stock

NORWALK,

CT, June 18, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — (NYSE: BMNR; BMNP) Bitmine Immersion Technologies, Inc. (“Bitmine” or the

“Company”) announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a cash dividend of $0.1056 on the Company’s

9.50% Series A Perpetual Preferred Stock (the “Series A Preferred Stock”), which is listed on the New York Stock Exchange

under the trading symbol “BMNP”.

The

dividend will be payable in cash in accordance with the terms of the Certificate of Designations governing the Series A Preferred Stock.

The dividend will be paid on July 10, 2026 to holders of record of the Series A Preferred Stock as of the close of business on June 30,

2026.
