of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
As previously disclosed, Gemma Jones provides services to Barinthus
Biotherapeutics plc (the “Company”) as an employee of CFGI and serves as the Company’s principal accounting officer.
On March 27, 2026, Ms. Jones notified the Company that she will step down as the Company’s principal accounting officer,
effective as of April 30, 2026.
