August 11, 2026, Sunil Gupta, our Senior Vice President, Operations, notified us of his intent to resign from his employment at Power

Integrations, Inc. (the “Company”), effective August 25, 2026. Mr. Gupta’s resignation did not result from any disagreement

with the Company concerning any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies, or practices.
