MiniMed Group, Inc. (the “Company”)
held its 2026 Annual Meeting of Stockholders on October 9, 2026 (the “Annual Meeting”), at which stockholders voted on the
following four proposals. All matters voted on at the Annual Meeting were approved. The results of the votes are set forth below.

The stockholders elected the following four nominees to
