On June 9, 2026, Kyle Huffman, the Chief Accounting
Officer of Elauwit Connection, Inc. (the “Company”), notified the Company of his intention to resign from his position effective
as of July 10, 2026. James Di Bartolo, the Company’s Chief Financial Officer, is expected to assume the responsibilities of principal
accounting officer following Mr. Huffman’s departure.
