Item 5.03 Amendments to Articles of Incorporation or Bylaws; Change in Fiscal Year.
On September 29, 2026, in order to align the fiscal year of LifeVantage Corporation (the “Company”) with the calendar year and better coordinate the Company’s financial reporting and operational management processes, the Board of Directors of the Company approved a change in the Company’s fiscal year end from June 30 to December 31.
As a result of this change, the Company will have a transition period from July 1, 2026, to December 31, 2026. The Company expects to file a transition report on Form 10-KT with the Securities and Exchange Commission, including audited financial statements, for the transition period.
