April 22, 2026, Hoth Therapeutics, Inc. (the “Company”) filed Articles of Incorporation with the Secretary of State of the

State of Nevada for the formation of its new wholly-owned subsidiary, Rocket One Inc. (“Rocket One”). Rocket One was formed

to acquire, own and operate assets related to the space industry, including nano rocket systems for the deployment of nanosatellites.
