On May 18, 2026, Milan Rao informed the
Company that he would step down as Global Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer, effective May 25, 2026.
SSi is currently engaged in a search process to identify and recruit a permanent successor for the position of Chief Financial Officer.
