Item 8.01 Other Events.
On August 27, 2026, Isabella Bank Corporation issued a press release announcing that its Board of Directors declared a twenty-eight cent ($0.28) per common share third quarter cash dividend, payable September 30, 2026 to shareholders of record as of September 28, 2026.
A copy of the press release is filed as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.

Isabella Bank Corporation Announces Third Quarter 2026 Dividend
Mt. Pleasant, Michigan, August 27, 2026 - Isabella Bank Corporation (Nasdaq: ISBA) today announced its Board of Directors declared a third-quarter cash dividend of $0.28 per common share at its regular meeting on August 26, 2026. The dividend will be payable September 30, 2026 to shareholders of record as of September 28, 2026.
