Item 5.07 Submission of Matters to a Vote of Security Holders.

On July 22, 2026, Beasley Broadcast Group, Inc. (the “Company”) held its 2026 Annual Meeting of Stockholders (the

“Annual Meeting”) in Naples, Florida.

At the Annual Meeting:

(1)

The stockholders voted to elect each of the seven nominees for director to hold office until the next annual meeting of stockholders or until their respective successors have been elected and qualified;

(2)

The stockholders approved, on an advisory basis, the compensation of the Company’s named executive officers; and

(3)

The stockholders ratified the appointment of Crowe LLP as the Company’s independent registered public accounting firm for the year ending December 31, 2026.
