Item 8.01 Other Events.
On June 8, 2026, Two
Harbors Investment Corp. (“TWO”) postponed its special meeting of stockholders (the “Special Meeting”) in connection
with the proposed transaction between TWO and CrossCountry Intermediate Holdco, LLC, an affiliate of CrossCountry Mortgage, LLC.
The
Special Meeting will be held virtually on June 23, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time at TWO’s Special Meeting website,
www.virtualshareholdermeeting.com/TWO2026SM. There is no change to the location, the record date, the purpose or any of the proposals
to be acted upon at the Special Meeting.
