Stewart Information Services Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that its Board of Directors has
declared a cash dividend of $0.525 per share of the Company’s common stock for the second quarter 2026, payable June 30, 2026, to
common stockholders of record on June 15, 2026. A copy of the press release is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1.
