Certain Officers
On September 1, 2026, Brad Hively
notified Starling Oncology, Inc. (the “Company”) of his decision to not stand for re-election to the Board of the Directors
of the Company (the “Board”) at its 2027 annual meeting of stockholders (the “Annual Meeting”). Mr. Hively is
expected to continue to serve as a director of the Company until the Annual Meeting, but effective immediately, will no longer serve as
Vice Chairman of the Board or as a member of the Compliance Committee or any other committees of the Board. Mr. Hively’s decision
not to stand for re-election is not the result of any disagreement between the Company and him on any matter relating to Company’s
operations, policies or practices.
