On April 28, 2026, Ultra Clean Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”) announced that Sheri Savage, the Company’s Chief Financial Officer, notified the Company of her intention to retire from the Company. Ms. Savage will continue to serve as Chief Financial Officer until a successor has been identified and appointed by the Company’s Board of Directors in order to facilitate an orderly transition of her duties and responsibilities. The Company has commenced a search for her successor.

Ultra Clean Announces Retirement of the Chief Financial Officer Sheri Savage

HAYWARD, Calif., Tuesday April 28, 2026 / PRNewswire / Ultra Clean Holdings, Inc. (Nasdaq: UCTT), today announced that Sheri Savage, CFO, will be retiring from the company.
