LONDRES et SAN FRANCISCO, 9 septembre 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Replit, la plateforme de création agentique qui aide les utilisateurs à transformer leurs idées en applications, sites web, produits et nouvelles entreprises, a célébré cette semaine l'ouverture de son premier bureau international à Londres. Sadiq Khan, maire de Londres, s'est joint à l'entreprise pour une cérémonie d'inauguration, marquant ainsi l'ouverture du premier site de Replit en dehors des États-Unis.

Fondé en 2016, Replit compte plus de 60 millions d'utilisateurs à travers le monde, dont 85% des entreprises du Fortune 500. Le lancement d'aujourd'hui fait suite à une série d'annonces récentes de Replit, notamment une collaboration avec OpenAI concernant son mode Free Tier, la poursuite des investissements dans la sécurité de niveau entreprise et le lancement de Replit Design, ces initiatives visant toutes à élargir la portée de son produit.

L'entreprise prévoit de faire de Londres la plaque tournante de ses activités européennes. Elle prévoit de doubler ses effectifs et ses investissements au cours de l'année à venir et de renforcer sensiblement sa présence à Londres, alors que l'entreprise poursuit son expansion mondiale auprès des petites et des grandes entreprises. Replit accompagne déjà toute une série de petites entreprises qui utilisent la plateforme au quotidien.

Parmi les entreprises qui utilisent déjà Replit à travers l'Europe, on trouve PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), Ernst & Young, Mercedes-Benz Group, TrustPilot et Hg. Replit a également annoncé un partenariat avec l'association caritative The Lord Mayor's Appeal (TLMA), qui vient en aide aux jeunes Londoniens ni scolarisés, ni employés, ni en formation (NEET). Ensemble, ils prévoient de mettre en place, au cours des prochains mois, un programme pilote de quatre semaines destiné à 100 jeunes issus de milieux défavorisés et sous-représentés, afin de leur transmettre des compétences essentielles en programmation qu'ils pourront mettre à profit pour accéder à des emplois et à d'autres opportunités professionnelles.
