Item 5.07. Submission of Matters to a Vote of Security Holders.

On May 21, 2026, Camping World Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”) held its Annual Meeting of Stockholders (the “Annual Meeting”). Total votes eligible to be cast at the Annual Meeting as of the March 27, 2026 record date were 146,670,933, of which 129,960,098 votes were cast in person or by proxy at the Annual Meeting, representing approximately 88.6% of the total votes eligible to be cast. The following are the voting results on proposals considered and voted upon at the Annual Meeting, all of which were described in the Company’s Definitive Proxy Statement filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on April 9, 2026 (the “Proxy Statement”).

Proposal 1 — Election of three Class I directors to serve until the annual meeting of stockholders in 2029 and until their respective successors shall have been duly elected and qualified.
