TO: ALL PERSONS OR ENTITIES WHO ACQUIRED ILLUMINA, INC. ("ILLUMINA") COMMON STOCK IN EXCHANGE FOR GRAIL, INC. ("GRAIL") SECURITIES IN THE AUGUST 18, 2021 MERGER BETWEEN ILLUMINA AND GRAIL.
