PowerHouse Automotive Group Celebrates First Four Months with Ribbon Cuttings and Grand Opening Across Southwest Georgia Grand Opening Event at Ford Albany Draws Ford and Truist Leadership, Congressional Recognition, and Community Celebration

ALBANY, GA / ACCESS Newswire / April 28, 2026 / Since December, PowerHouse Automotive Group has been serving customers across four Ford dealerships in Southwest Georgia. Last week, the group marked its commitment to those communities with a series of ribbon cuttings and a grand opening celebration.

The group spent its first months focused on fundamentals: building a leadership team, aligning operations, and establishing a culture rooted in transparency, hospitality, and community connection. Each of its four locations - Ford Albany, Ford Americus, Ford Cordele, and Ford Sylvester - hosted ribbon cuttings alongside local chambers, civic leaders, and community partners, formally introducing the PowerHouse brand in each market.

The celebrations culminated in a grand opening event at Ford Albany, where neighbors, partners, and the full PowerHouse team gathered for an evening filled with energy, live performances, and community pride. The night featured a live broadcast and the Westover High School cheerleaders and marching band. The Presentation of the Colors was led by Master Gunnery Sergeant Moore and the Westover High School JROTC, followed by remarks from leadership and distinguished guests. Mr. Christopher Drake, District Director of Georgia's 2nd Congressional District, presented the Certificate of Special Congressional Recognition on behalf of U.S. Representative Sanford D. Bishop, Jr.

Distinguished guests included representatives from Ford Motor Company: Brian Horn, Southeast Market Area General Manager; Tony Watkins, Atlanta Regional Manager; Dana Timms, Atlanta Market Representation Manager; Todd Seagren, Atlanta Sales Manager; DJ Simpson, Atlanta Ownership Manager; Tariq Aladham, Atlanta Market Representation Specialist; Pierre Agudze, Sales Zone Manager; Ali'ya Sanders, Ownership Zone Manager; and Kim Calderon, Ownership Business Development Specialist.

Also in attendance were representatives from Truist: Kevin Kutschinski, Senior Vice President; Julio Almeyda, Managing Director and International Wealth Senior Advisor; Amanda Skates, Branch Leader; Brandon Artigue, Director of Financial Risk Management; and John Bruzzese, Dealer Relationship Manager, Retail Indirect.

"This week was a reflection of what we've been building over the past four months," said CEO Fernando Arellano Geddes. "From the team we've assembled to the way we operate every day, everything is centered around doing things the right way and earning the trust of the communities we serve."

Arellano brings a proven track record of building and operating large-scale dealership groups across the Southeast - leading organizations spanning more than 20 locations, generating over $1 billion in revenue, and guiding teams of nearly 1,000 people. His leadership has been recognized beyond the industry as well. He has been named an Honorary Commander of the United States Air Force and received the Key to the City of Fort Walton Beach in recognition of his commitment to the communities his businesses have served.

That commitment to community is central to how PowerHouse operates. Drawing on experience building similar programs across the Southeast, the group plans to establish initiatives supporting military families - including priority hiring for veterans, special vehicle pricing and service programs for active-duty personnel, and participation in military appreciation events. PowerHouse also plans to partner with local educational institutions and launch workforce development initiatives aimed at creating jobs and building long-term economic opportunity across Southwest Georgia.

The company's mission is to empower lives by delivering smarter, more accessible mobility solutions - built on a foundation of transparency, hospitality, and genuine community investment. With an experienced leadership team and a clear vision for growth, PowerHouse Automotive Group continues to build momentum across Southwest Georgia.
