Stockholder Nomination
On October 22, 2026, acting on the recommendation of the Governance and Nomination Committee of the Board of Directors of Citizens Community Bancorp, Inc. (the “Company”), the Board of Directors decided not to create a vacancy, thereby maintaining its size at eight directors, at this time. Consistent with its fiduciary duties, the Board of Directors is committed to acting in the best interests of all Company stockholders.
