Partior and LSEG DiSH Collaborate to Bring Always-On Settlement Bank Liquidity to Partior's Cross-Border Payments Network Working to deliver an end-to-end option for 24/7 corporate and financial institutions' payments across settlement banks and currencies.

LONDON and SINGAPORE, Sept. 17, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Partior, the trusted blockchain-based clearing and settlement network, and LSEG Digital Settlement House (DiSH) today announced a strategic collaboration to bring always-on settlement bank liquidity to Partior's global cross-border payments network. Working alongside a number of innovative banks, the firms are developing a Multi-Settlement Bank (MSB) solution that combines the reach of correspondent banking with the speed and efficiency of digital settlement, facilitated through LSEG DiSH trust accounts.

The friction of multi-bank networks is becoming the bottleneck of business and corporate treasury despite many efforts to optimise. Rebuilding the corporate operating model for every new bank, settlement asset or network is adding to this complexity. To achieve near real-time interbank programmable payments, fragmented settlement is no longer simply inefficient–it is incompatible.

As corporates seek greater efficiency and global consistency, banks and market infrastructures must balance differentiation with collaboration. By aligning on common infrastructure, such as shared rails, they can deliver a more streamlined customer experience without requiring every bank to connect directly to every proprietary digital payment network.

The combination of LSEG DiSH's omnibus trust account framework with Partior's Multi-Currency Clearing and Settlement Network addresses key inefficiencies in the traditional correspondent banking model. By enabling 24/7 * movement of settlement liquidity across multiple settlement banks, the combined solution allows participating banks to optimise liquidity in real time, reducing dependence on payment cut-off times and minimising the need for pre-funded bilateral nostro relationships.

A Proven Principle: Collaborative, Allied Infrastructure Delivers Deep Customer Value

The strategic partnership between Partior and LSEG DiSH brings together two tokenised cash solutions to deliver a practical and consistent way in which the market can move forward, leveraging existing services to deliver near- and long-term value.

The target design creates:

Partior, LSEG and the participating banks are currently undergoing industry testing, paving the way for production go-live and commercial onboarding for additional settlement banks from Q1 2027.

"LSEG DiSH provides the neutral, trusted third-party option required to connect independent payment ecosystems securely with the potential to do so at scale. By adding our omnibus trust account option with Partior's clearing scheme, we enable participating banks to instantly manage settlement liquidity 24/7 without the need for direct bilateral account and proprietary digital system integration."

- Andrew Williams, CEO, Post Trade Solutions, LSEG
