On April 21, 2026, Amalgamated Financial Corp. (the "Company") issued a press release announcing that the Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend of $0.17 per share. The dividend is payable on May 21, 2026, to shareholders of record on May 5, 2026. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report Form 8-K and is incorporated by reference herein.

Amalgamated Financial Corp. Declares Regular Quarterly Dividend NEW YORK, April 21, 2026 – (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Amalgamated Financial Corp. (“Amalgamated” or the “Company”) (Nasdaq: AMAL) today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a regular dividend to common stockholders of $0.17 per share, payable by the Company on May 21, 2026, to stockholders of record on May 5, 2026.
