Peraton Taps Industry Veteran Vishal Tulsian as Sector President to Lead Health, State, and Local Portfolio
RESTON, Va.--( BUSINESS WIRE)--Peraton today announced the appointment of Vishal Tulsian as President of the Health, State, and Local Sector. With more than 25 years of expertise in general management and a record of strong financial performance, Tulsian will help Peraton identify and address customers’ current and future mission requirements.
This appointment signals Peraton's continued investment in strengthening its leadership bench as the company deepens its commitment to delivering mission-critical services for health agencies, state governments, and local communities across the country.

Previously, Tulsian served as president and chief operating officer of RELI Group Inc., where he rapidly built a strong and expanding pipeline of new business opportunities. Before RELI, Tulsian spent more than a decade at SAIC as senior vice president and general manager of the State, Local, Education, and Health and Citizen Services business unit.

Tulsian completed the General Management Program at Harvard Business School and holds a bachelor’s in neuroscience from the University of Rochester. He is the Chair of the American Heart Association’s Greater Washington Region Board of Directors.
