On April 21, 2026, the Federal Agricultural Mortgage Corporation (“Farmer Mac”) issued a press release to announce the date and time of the conference call that Farmer Mac will hold to discuss its financial results for the fiscal quarter ended March 31, 2026. A copy of the press release is attached to this report as Exhibit 99. First Quarter 2026 Financial Results
WASHINGTON, D.C., April 21, 2026 — The Federal Agricultural Mortgage Corporation (Farmer Mac; NYSE: AGM and AGM.A), the nation’s secondary market provider that increases the accessibility of financing to provide vital liquidity for American agriculture and rural infrastructure, today announced that it will release its financial results for the fiscal quarter ended March 31, 2026, on Tuesday, May 5, 2026, after the close of equity markets. A conference call to discuss the results will be held that day at 4:30 p.m. eastern time.
