Elrod's early career spanned ELG's banners, holding merchandising roles at Neiman Marcus, Saks Fifth Avenue and Bergdorf Goodman. She returns to Bergdorf Goodman, bringing extensive leadership experience encompassing luxury retail, merchandising and business strategy, most recently serving as President and CEO of Louis Vuitton Americas where she oversaw the Maison's business across the U.S., Canada and Latin America. In this role, she led a period of substantial business growth, championing innovation across the organization and cultivating genuine relationships with teams and customers alike.
