Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On April 1, 2026, Broadstone Net Lease, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that it will release its financial and operating results for the quarter ended March 31, 2026 after the market closes on Wednesday, April 29, 2026. The Company will host its earnings conference call and audio webcast on Thursday, April 30, 2026 at 11:00 a.m. Eastern Time. A copy of the release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.

BNL is an industrial-focused, diversified net lease REIT that invests in primarily single-tenant commercial real estate properties that are net leased on a long-term basis to a diversified group of tenants.
