(the "Company") issued a press release announcing a dividend in the amount of $0.29 per share of the Company’s common stock with a record date and ex-dividend date of July 1, 2026 and a payout date of July 27, 2026. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated by reference herein.
