VMIE Group Holdings Limited (VM Ireland) is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Liberty Global Ltd. (Liberty Global). On May 1, 2026, the financial report of VM Ireland for the year ended December 31, 2025 was made available under the investor relations section of the Liberty Global website (www.libertyglobal.com).
