Pathward Financial, Inc. Declares Cash Dividend
SIOUX FALLS, S.D., May 21, 2026 - Pathward Financial, Inc. ("Pathward Financial" or the “Company”) (Nasdaq: CASH), a U.S.-based financial holding company driven by its purpose to power financial inclusion for all, announced that the Company will pay a cash dividend of $0.05 per share for the third fiscal quarter of 2026. This dividend will be payable on July 1, 2026 to shareholders of record as of June 11, 2026.
At March 31, 2026, the Company had total assets of $7.11 billion and shareholders’ equity of $850.7 million.
