Strategic Investment Co. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that it will release its fourth quarter and year

ended December 31, 2025 earnings on Wednesday April 15, 2026, before the New York Stock Exchange open. A copy of the Company’s press

announced today it will release its financial results as of, and for the fourth quarter and year ended December 31, 2025, on Wednesday

April 15, 2026, before the New York Stock Exchange open.

The Company will also host a webcast and conference

call the same day at 11:00 a.m. ET to review results and provide commentary on business performance.
