Other Events.
On August 6, 2026, KLA Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that the Company’s Board of Directors declared a cash dividend of $0.23 per share on the Company’s common stock. Such dividend shall be payable on September 1, 2026 to stockholders of record as of the close of business on August 17, 2026. A copy of the press release is attached to this Current Report on Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1.
