Mobix Labs (Nasdaq: MOBX) Drone Acquisition Target Vision Aerial Opens Vulcan Orders, Projects 93% Revenue Growth in 2027 IRVINE, Calif.--( BUSINESS WIRE)--Mobix Labs, Inc. (Nasdaq: MOBX) (“Mobix Labs”) today highlighted commercial progress at Vision Aerial, Inc. (“Vision Aerial”), the American drone manufacturer Mobix Labs has signed a definitive agreement to acquire. Vision Aerial announced earlier today that it has opened orders for its new Vulcan aircraft family, with management projecting approximately 46% revenue growth in 2026 followed by approximately 93% growth in 2027.

Vision Aerial's projected growth aligns with Mobix Labs' long-standing M&A strategy of acquiring differentiated technology businesses with established customers and expanding end markets. Vision Aerial customers include the U.S. Navy, L3Harris, the USDA Forest Service and major energy and utility operators.

The acquisition has not yet closed and remains subject to customary closing conditions, including approval by Mobix Labs stockholders of the issuance of shares in the transaction.
