Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.
On Friday, October 9, 2026, an email was sent in error by the marketing department of High Roller Technologies, Inc. (the “Company”) to a select group of individuals suggesting that the Company would launch its prediction markets product this week of October 12, 2026. The Company has not publicly announced a launch date for its prediction markets product, and no launch date has been set. As the Company has previously indicated, it currently expects to launch its prediction markets product in October 2026, on a date to be confirmed.
