Item 8.01 Other Events.

On April 13, 2026, Kaiser Aluminum Corporation announced that its board of directors declared a quarterly cash dividend on its common stock of $0.77 per share. The dividend will be payable on May 15, 2026 to stockholders of record as of the close of business on April 24, 2026. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.

Kaiser Aluminum Corporation Announces Quarterly Dividend Payment

FRANKLIN, Tenn., April 13, 2026 – Kaiser Aluminum Corporation (NASDAQ:KALU) today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.77 per share. The dividend will be payable on May 15, 2026 to stockholders of record as of the close of business on April 24, 2026.
