White House’s Cairncross Joins Cyber Leaders from States and Localities at Billington State and Local CyberSecurity Summit

WASHINGTON--( BUSINESS WIRE)--The 3rd Billington State and Local CyberSecurity Summit will take place March 9-11, 2026 in Washington, D.C. and brings together top state, local, and federal government officials to share best practices, enhance current cyber operations, and bolster future defenses. The Summit will open with White House National Cyber Director Sean Cairncross discussing President Trump’s new national cyber strategy and partnering with state and local governments in a new era of American cyberspace. Headliners also include (Ret.) Admiral TJ White, Chief, Texas Cyber Command and CISA’s Executive Assistant Director Nick Andersen.

More than 1,000 government officials, tech leaders, and academia from all over the nation will be participating in Billington’s summit and sharing ways to enhance the cybersecurity of the states, counties, cities, and municipalities that comprise the U.S.

Additionally, Billington CyberSecurity is partnering with GovRAMP to host the 2026 GovRAMP Symposium on March 9, on site and immediately prior to the summit.
