of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

As previously disclosed in the Current Report on Form 8-K filed

by Simon Property Group, Inc. (the “Company”), on February 5, 2026, Mr. Martin J. Cicco was appointed to the

Company’s Board of Directors (the “Board”) effective as of February 5, 2026. At the time of the appointment, the

Board had not made a determination regarding the committee of the Board to which Mr. Cicco would be appointed. On May 13, 2026,

the Board appointed Mr. Cicco to the Board’s Compensation and Human Capital Committee, effective immediately.
