RE-ISSUE OF TREASURY SHARES

CRH plc announces that today, 1 st December 2025, it transferred to participants in its employee share schemes 187,166 Ordinary Shares at prices of £25.55 and £31.04 per Ordinary Share.

Following the above transaction, CRH plc holds 38,115,944 Ordinary Shares in Treasury. The number of Ordinary Shares in issue (excluding Treasury Shares) is 669,526,598.
