Chobani Feeds the Dream of 500 Youth Soccer Clubs Nationwide The Official Nutrition Partner of U.S. Soccer is investing $5 million to help make the game more accessible for young athletes across the country.

NEW BERLIN, N.Y., Oct. 14, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- For so many kids, soccer is about more than what happens on the field. It is where friendships begin, confidence grows, families come together, and kids learn what it means to be part of something bigger than themselves. But for too many families, the cost of playing can make those opportunities feel out of reach. Today, Chobani announced the 500 youth soccer clubs across the country that will each receive a prize package valued at $10,000 as part of the brand's Feed the Dream campaign*. The $5 million commitment will help more young athletes play the game they love and give communities the support they need to make those dreams possible.

Early on Chobani learned that youth soccer clubs need greater access to funding to help more children play. Not just to cover uniforms and equipment, but with tournament fees and the everyday costs that can stand in the way. This led to Chobani committing $500,000 in scholarships across six youth soccer clubs located in its hometowns of New York City, Central New York, Twin Falls, ID, Philadelphia, PA, and Norton Shores, MI. The scholarships give more kids access to tournaments and gives coaches access to development and certification courses, offering stronger leadership to the youth players.

This summer, while the country turned its attention to the FIFA Men's World Cup 2026™, Chobani placed an even bigger spotlight on hometown clubs across the country nurturing the next generation of greatness—the local teams, coaches, parents and communities building the future of the game every day. In April, Chobani invited youth soccer coaches to nominate their teams for Feed the Dream, while neighbors, friends and families came together to vote for the teams they believed deserved a little extra support.

"Every child deserves to dream big, no matter where they come from. For many, a soccer field can be a place where anything feels possible," said Hamdi Ulukaya, Founder and CEO of Chobani. "I remember that feeling from when I was a child and I see it now with my own children. It's where you make friends, learn to be part of a team and start to believe in yourself. I remember we'd play until the sun went down, and for those few hours, nothing else mattered. You were just playing, dreaming and trying to be better than you were the day before. Looking back, those were some of the moments that shaped me. That's the beauty of soccer. It gives children a place to belong, people to believe in them and a chance to imagine what might be possible. Every child deserves that."

The 500 selected clubs represent communities, dedicated coaches, and young athletes who embody the spirit of the beautiful game, demonstrating how sports can bring people together.

Each club will receive a Feed the Dream support package valued at $10,000 that can be used where it is needed most, from registration fees and travel expenses to field improvements and other costs that can stand in the way of participation. Every club that entered and every voter who showed their support will also receive a special gift.

The search for 500 Feed the Dream clubs launched alongside Chobani's partnership with U.S. Soccer with a simple belief, when we invest in kids and the communities around them, we help build a stronger future for everyone. The selected clubs shared stories of how this support will make a difference for their players, families, and communities. By helping ease some of the costs of youth soccer, Feed the Dream will give more kids the chance to play the game they love, grow with their teammates and chase their dreams.
