On September 4, 2026, Wetouch Technology Inc. (the “Company”), held its 2026 Special Meeting of Stockholders (the “Special

Meeting”) at No. 29, Third Main Avenue, Shigao Town, Renshou County, Meishan Sichuan, China. A quorum was present at the Special

Meeting, and Stockholders approved the issuance of shares of common stock to Qixun Technology (Samoa) Limited and Qihong Technology (Samoa)

Limited pursuant to certain share purchase agreements in accordance with Nasdaq Listing Rule 5635.
