HGT Law Announces Investigation of L3Harris Technologies, Inc. (NYSE:LHX)
NEW YORK, Oct. 15, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- HGT Law announces that it is investigating claims on behalf of shareholders of L3Harris Technologies, Inc. ("L3Harris" or the "Company") (NYSE: LHX) for potential violations of the federal securities laws and potential breaches of fiduciary duties by the Company's officers and directors.
L3Harris is a global defense technology company that provides mission-critical solutions to government and commercial customers through its Space & Mission Systems, Communications & Spectrum Dominance, and Missile Solutions segments.
On August 17, 2026, L3Harris announced that Christopher Kubasik had stepped down as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, effective immediately. The Company stated that it had become aware of conduct by Mr. Kubasik that was inconsistent with the values set forth in its Code of Conduct. On this news, L3Harris's stock price fell $13.44 per share, or 4.61%, closing at $278.38 per share on August 17, 2026.
On August 19, 2026, The Wall Street Journal reported that multiple women at L3Harris had raised concerns about Mr. Kubasik's behavior years before his departure, including a formal sexual harassment complaint made to the Company's human resources department around 2023. The departure was the second time Mr. Kubasik had been removed from a senior executive role over alleged misconduct with an employee. In 2012, Lockheed Martin asked him to resign as its President, and CEO-designate, after an investigation found he had a close personal relationship with a subordinate in violation of its code of ethics.
HGT Law is investigating whether L3Harris and its officers and directors made materially false or misleading statements, or failed to disclose material information, to investors and whether the Company's Board of Directors breached its fiduciary duties in overseeing executive conduct and in approving the terms of Mr. Kubasik's separation.
If you purchased or currently hold L3Harris securities, have information or would like to learn more about these claims, or have any questions concerning this announcement or your rights or interests with respect to these matters, please contact HGT Law at (646) 453-7288 or via email at [email protected].
