Parroco Production Group, Inc. (MozaicID) Awarded U.S. Coast Guard Contract for TWIC Reader Software and System Support CHESAPEAKE, Va., Sept. 30, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Parroco Production Group, Inc. (MozaicID) is awarded the U.S. Coast Guard Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC) Handheld Biometric Software and System Support Services Contract.

The award builds on previous mobile TWIC reader contracts awarded in 2008 with the legacy MaxID device and 2018. Under the current contract, MozaicID will provide comprehensive software and system support for the Coast Guard's MozaicID MCR V3 handheld biometric readers. Services include software updates, maintenance of required certifications, secure data management, and a dedicated web-based reporting portal for Coast Guard personnel.

As part of this work, MozaicID will update all Coast Guard TWIC readers to support TSA-required ECC P-384 cryptography.

The MozaicID MCR V3 is a standalone mobile TWIC Reader that electronically validates TWIC, CAC, PIV, PIV-I and biometrics without the use of wifi or cellular connectivity. MozaicID is the mobile TWIC leader industry leader and continues to be first to market with all new TWIC solutions.
