On April 20, 2026, Rainer Feurer provided notice
to Solid Power, Inc. (the “Company”) of his intention to retire from the Company’s Board of Directors (the “Board”),
effective June 30, 2026. Dr. Feurer’s
decision to retire and step down from the Board was not the result of any disagreement on matters relating to the Company’s
operations, policies, or practices. The Company is grateful for Dr. Feurer’s valuable contributions to the Board over
the past five years and wishes him well.
