On April 30, 2026, InfuSystem Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that the Company will disclose its financial results for the first quarter 2026 on Thursday, May 7, 2026 before the market opens. The Company will also conduct a conference call for all interested investors on Thursday, May 7, 2026 at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time. The press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
