administrator, MSC Adviser I, LLC, posted an updated investor presentation on its corporate website in connection with its
analysts’ and investors’ day. The presentation includes certain updated information about the Registrant and will remain
available at https://www.mainstcapital.com/investors until at least July 14, 2026.
