Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure
On April 2, 2026 WaFd Inc. (the "Company" or "WaFd") announced that it plans to release earnings results for the quarter ended March 31, 2026 after the close of business on Thursday, April 16, 2026. The Company will also host a conference call for investors and analysts at 7:00 am (10:00 am Eastern) on Friday, April 17, 2026, where management will discuss WaFd's second quarter of fiscal year 2026 financial results.
