(“Flutter”) (NYSE:FLUT), the leading online sports betting and iGaming operator, today announced that it will release its third quarter 2026 update before US market open on November 4, 2026 at 7:00 a.m. ET (12:00 p.m. GMT). All

related materials will be available through the “Investors” section of the Flutter website at www.flutter.com.

Flutter management

will host a conference call on November 4, 2026 at 8:30 a.m. ET (1:30 p.m. GMT) to review the results and be available for questions, with access via webcast and telephone.
